GRATITUDE is the act of bringing conscious awareness to the things that we feel thankful for. The practice of gratitude is powerful and has numerous benefits including: improved mood, better quality of sleep, strengthened immune system, more satisfying relationships with self and others, improved

self-esteem, and so much more.

Practice Gratitude:

You can get started today by taking time to write down 3 things you feel grateful for each day (it can be as simple as a roof over your head, or the food on your table or the friends and family in your life). When you take the time to bring the practice of gratitude into your life, you will begin to shift your attention to parts of the brain that experience joy and happiness resulting in more positive emotions.
